A group of 24 artists have been volunteering their time to make this pop-up gallery possible, and have provided art for the space as well. The Artists’ Coalition of Flagstaff will host their Spring Artists’ Marketplace at the elks Lodge BPOe #499, 2101 n. san Francisco street, on saturday, April 16 10AM- 4PM. The Artists’ Marketplace will feature 24 booths filled with art by ACF members. Flagstaff-arts.org
In March the Williams Alliance For The Arts donated 14 nikon P530 cameras and a high quality printer to the Williams Elementary-Middle School. Professional photographers Amy Martin and Grazina Wade taught classes to the 8th grade students. The final pieces from “Identity Though Photography” will be displayed at the Gallery in Williams for the month of April, with a reception for the young artists April 9 from 5-7PM. That New Gallery, located in the Prescott Gateway Mall, is featuring the metal art of Ron Miller and oil and acrylic paintings, fiber, clay, sculpture

Flagstaff ’s April First Friday ArtWalk is on April Fools Day this year! The Flagstaff Artists’ Gallery features the art of Dawn Sutherland, Sarah Walker, Lynn Overend and Lee Hughes in the window. At The State Bar Flagstaff artist Heather Kadar will be displaying large nature mandalas and her recent mixed–media
paintings. Guest artist Debi Grupe will have her work featured at Studio 12.12. Ms. Grupe’s abstract work is a combination of monotype prints, photography, painting, drawing and sculpture. The Indigo Art Market features the paintings of Jill Sans the April’s market at the Green Room; many local artists will have booths displaying their arts and crafts for sale from 6-9PM.

For one night only Argentinian guitarist Roberto Aussel will perform at the shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 1601 n. san Francisco street, in Flagstaff. It isn’t every day the giant organ built into the house-right wall of Ardrey Memorial Auditorium is unveiled from behind its concealing wooden panel to be played before an audience, and on April 15 at 7:15PM, Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra will give audiences the opportunity to hear this awe-inspiring instrument played when they take down the wall for their concert, “A French Finale.”
Edith Copley, in her final season with Master Chorale, joins FsO as a guest conductor for a beautiful choral requiem, followed by Maestra Schulze and the orchestra as they bring the season to a close with the organ finale.
