singing, acting, and music; so many will see major expansion in these areas. Many people will discover a new or rediscover an old hobby, passion, or talent and many will find their true love or improve their relationships with the true love they have already found.
Jupiter is also the planet of luck so watch for the magic of this planet, also called, “The Great Benefic” to grace the areas of life ruled by Leo and wherever in your personal charts this planet moves.
For anyone feeling stifled by the “automoton” work or other life experiences, your capacity to improve you circumstances by using your creativity dramatically increases this year. Speaking of drama, Leo rules that, too! The great expander can expand drama and passion, so see how you can use this in the most fun, productive and fulfilling ways.
Every planet has it upside and it’s downside. Though Jupiter is mostly associated with positive things, there are definitely aspects of its potentials to watch out for. Jupiter can create excess, laziness, and indulgence. So in areas of life with Leo, and wherever Jupiter inclines in your personal charts, be on guard.
You many have already started to see any of the above- mentioned energies starting as the orb of influence started months before the actual transit.

July 1 — Mercury direct at 24° of Gemini — The two or three days before and after this date brings an increase in the things that retrograde brings. Exercise extra caution with your communication and transportation devices. Leave as much flexibility in plans and avoid signing contracts.
July 12 — Full Moon in Capricorn — Completion, fullness, or drama comes to things involving business, work, parents and other authority figures, and leadership roles and projects. Some will feel this energy more strongly a day, two, or three before the actual event. Mark your calendar with any dramatic events. You may notice that once a month or so, emotions will come to fullness, and this likely coincide with this part of the moon cycle.
July 15 — Mercury shadow period ends — All clear for contracts, agreements, decisions, launching, and presenting new things.
July 16 — Jupiter goes into Leo — Bringing a year of expansion to things involving leadership, children, creative projects, hobbies, romance, fun, and true love! Also, brings expansion in the fields of experience where Jupiter graces the solar and natal charts.

For over 10 months the messages were go within, go backwards, go back over, “hold the gold,” now with every day into July, the energy of bursting forth! takes over. By July 15, Mercury regains full steam, all the personal
planets are in their full power and it is time to launch, present, start, show off, and open up and out. If you have waited all this time and have been fine-tuning what you have been working on, then you will see it has evolved and what you are about to present is in a very different form than if you had done it earlier. If you have launched anything new during the last ten months, then you, too, will see it has undergone evolution and it will be time for a re-launch of the newest version of your website, business, company, offerings, or other creations.
From July 15th — September 14th there is a wide-open window of opportunity for doing everything new and unleashing your brilliance upon the awestruck world. This window comes from all of the personal planets (Venus, Mars, and Mercury) all moving forward and without any conflictive shadow periods. Also, July 16th, Jupiter moves into Leo, a fellow fire sign of the Sagittarius energy it rules, adding ZEST to everything you do!
Jupiter is the planet of expansion. It makes things more, bigger, and often better. It brings the feelings of freedom, spilling beyond constrictions, while limiting perceptions. It is broadening, increasing personal perspective. Jupiter will be entering Leo, so for everyone the energy of expansion in the areas of leadership, authentic & unique expression, children, creativity, hobbies, fun, romance, and true love are in order.
Did you catch that part about fun? So many things in life can be so not fun and now is time to remedy this dilemma. This can be the year that you permanently add fun to your agenda, improving every aspect of life. Jupiter spends about a year in each sign, so for the next year, watch for the magic to show up in these areas of life, setting a trend for the next 12 years. Also, you can think back to around 12 years ago to see when and how this trend last showed up.
Jupiter has spent June 25th through July 16th in the sign of Cancer bringing expansion in the areas of home, family, residence, ancestry, and childhood topics (including healing wounds from childhood or helping others to do so). Many will have seen an actual increase to the number of people in their family through birth, engagement, adoption or other, a widening of their ‘sense’ of family, some will have had an actual increase to the size of their home, many will have procured a second home (or more) or place to stay that has widened ‘where’ home is for them.
Real estate and construction ventures will likely have blossomed, some may have downsized their home but in a way that feels bigger or more liberating, some will have moved to a place that makes them feel expanded, for some that will be the country or a wider open space; for others, a city that makes them feel free with open options. The gist is that the feeling of freedom and expansion comes and what gives that feeling looks different for different people at different times.
So now this bringer of freedom and expansion moves to the topics of Leo. For many this will mean pregnancy, birth, adoption, or working with kids or being surrounded by one or more for other reasons. Leo also rules athletics,
